My stay during the winter was great. the room I reserved was practical and functional, with a balcony, spacious bathroom, and a nice view.

Pleasant location in a fairly nice area just next door to the bus stop, and the restaurant for breakfast. Reasonably priced food in the restaurant, very very good breakfast with juice and canned fruit, as for instance.

Half the time there was no internet connection one day there was no warm water

The location was convenient, close to the "sea of spa," bus station, and attractions. It's situated in a quiet area. the hotel was well furnished with spacious rooms and lovely bathrooms. There was also an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The breakfast was delicious for western tastes and the food was excellent. Got nicely furnished and good sized economy room with view on cars as expected, greatly enjoyed it. The location was residential, marvellous close to everything in Jerusalem.

The Ambassador Hotel is located about 20 minutes, walking, from the Old City. The staff were very good and helpful. The value for the room with a balcony was excellent. The room was very large and easily accommodated two people. The hotel restaurant was excellent value for money and the servings were larger tha we expected. All the meals we had there (about 12) were delicious and we were never disappointed. The hotel is about a 6 minute walk to the new Light Rail Transit line which runs past the Old City, down Jaffa Street (shops and restaurants) with the last stop within easy walking distance of Mount Herzel and Yad Vashem (Holocaust Museum).

The hitel staff was extremely polite and helpful at all times. I would give them and the hotel to anyone traveling in that area.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to the city center and transport links. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, allowing me to recharge for my busy days.

The breakfast options were quite limited, with only hard boiled or mushy scrambled eggs available. Additionally, I was disappointed to find out that the fruit served at breakfast was from a can.

Conveniently located to visit the vist the historical places in Jerusalem. 12 noon check out time was a great plus point.

Totally very nice stay during winter time. Calm area, residential location next to the light railway station, the restaurant, and the "sea of spa. - the rooms are nicely furnished. - the staff are excellent. - A wide range of facilities such as central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel TV.
